New item in the price list
Dear clients!
if you cannot come for the examination, we politely but firmly ask you to apologize in writing or by phone, at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment! This will allow another patient, whom we had to refuse, to use it! The time gaps that arise because the scheduled patient simply does not arrive, both extend the appointment deadlines for all of you and, in addition, the practice loses money during that time, because the most valuable commodity of our specialists is their time!
For these reasons, last year we introduced sending reminder SMS messages to those who have booked 48 hours before the date of their visit and now we would like to draw your attention to a new item in the price list (500 CZK), which we will charge for our wasted time if the client does not cancel the scheduled appointment properly and on time.
The most reliable way to apologize is by sending an SMS to the booking mobile no. 602 12 88.
